"A lovely house in a fab location. Perfect spot for exploring Padstow and surrounding areas. 3 double/ twin bedrooms and lovely open plan downstairs. House had a few issues requiring some attention and maintenance which let things down a little, but the host was very responsive when I flagged this and all very easily resolvable so sure these will be rectified. "

"We had a lovely stay despite a rocky start due to the cleanliness of the beds - we spent the first couple of hours in Tesco, buying new mattress protectors, bedlinen, duvets and the contents of the non existent welcome hamper! The living space and kitchen were great but the rest of the property could do with some updating and a little bit of TLC. Little things like a new kettle, toaster and a washing machine that didn’t sound like it was about to explode would be a good start!! The view was perfect and the access to Polzeath was fab. "
