“All the amenities were first class. Our room was lovely. We have always like the Kit Kemp interiors. The staff were delightful and so helpful. Without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay. The only thing we would say is that the food was not quite up to standard. and our breakfasts were not terribly warm although the coffee was wonderful with very generous portions on request. I asked for pancakes one morning for breakfast and they came cold and incredibly burnt and I’m not sure what……

“Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.”

“Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!”
