“Cute and clean place within walking distance to lots of restaurant!”

“The place was just right for our Spring Break. Comfortably fit three, and parking was never really a problem. Centrally located spot! Would stay here again.”

“Very impressed with location , I loved that the area is very close to many eateries and was very close to my daughter’s apartment. We didn’t even have to use our vehicle. We did a lot of walking. The only thing hard for me was the use of the laundry facility because of the codes but my daughter was able to help me.”

“We were supposed to come in right when the very first hurricane hit San Diego! The owner was communicative and let us know the status of the area so we knew we weren’t flying into a flooded disaster. We had one small issue with a missing tv remote and the handyman showed up with a replacement remote within the hour! The outside backyard area was a bit dirty but there was a tropical storm that had blown through the day before so I’ll give this piece a pass but this was not a useable space for us.……

It’s very clean and the location is very good, everything is a 5-10min drive for food and entertainment, but there are options within walking distance as well. The communication is top notch with the owner and will definitely book here if we come back!”

“This studio is very smartly designed to optimize space. I loved the balcony and full kitchen which was surprisingly stocked with spices. There was plenty of street parking during my visit, just watch the signs. I loved the location. It’s not walkable to stores, but the drive down Texas Street is just stunning. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!”

“We came to San Diego to visit friends and family in the neighborhood after moving away nine years ago. The apartment was a perfect base for all our activities. The bed was comfy. The kitchen is well equipped. We had many nice walks in the neighborhood.”

“I found this apartment at the last minute so myself and friend could attend the funeral services for another friend's father. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. We each had our own room and it was so close to a bunch of very cool places in North Park, which was also very convenient for all the places we visited that weekend. Anna was great about check-in and check-out process. I would certainly stay here again! Thanks”

“This was an excellent find! The price was good, the location was EXCELLENT, and access to highways, good eats, grocery stores was fantastic. I was a little nervous about the parking as described but it was easy and I never had an issue with having a close and safe parking space. “Decided to stay here for a full week after having stayed for three nights a year previous. It was a great decision. This place has everything I need and the area is so nice I walked to way more places than I was expecting (in no small part to the amazing summer weather of San Diego). I'll likely stay here again.”

“Great location with dining and nightlife. Host contact was super responsive and helpful. Only major negative is that the area is quite loud on weekends, because people are outside the bars talking loudly until 2 AM, and the sound amplifies up to the unit. Host provides ear plugs and a white-sound machine.”
