“Cute, quaint home in the heart of it all. Loved being close to Balboa Park and all there is to do around there. Parking and guest parking were an added bonus!”

“The property is really conveniently located in San Diego. The recent remodel was well done, and the place is super cute. I would definitely have given it a 5-star rating except for a few small items. First of all, the owner is not super great at communicating. I had asked a couple of questions, and they were never addressed. Secondly, we were there for my son's graduation from Marine basic training and we planned on staying in and cooking some of his favorites...the kitchen was not well stocked……

“Picked this place for it's distance to SDCC and pricing as well. I didn't realize this place was part of the Wyndham Timeshare places but that was only a plus as when I booked this in VRBO there was not a single review yet and what I saw online were mostly old pictures. The room we stayed at was renovated and clean. It had 2 bdrms and 2 bathrms and a pullout sofa bed in the Family area. AC was cold and good after a long day at the Con. Parking was addtl - $25/day which I didn't like. WiFi was……

“Place was wiped down clean but needs a deep clean! Carpets are super gross. Kitchen has lots of things but very random. (Think old time swap meet). Lots of space but the cleanliness and mod podge made it feel very lived in and not quite prepared for guests.”

“Very comfortable and clean. Quiet as well. Older apartment building in central location. Security with gated, coded entry downstairs. Apartment is up one flight of stairs with screen/metal outer door with lock and and solid, coded main door. Easy entry. Grocery stores within a couple of miles. Large CVS with many food items just a few blocks away - easy walking distance. Apartment on 2nd floor nicely updated, with modern and attractive finishes. Comfortable, firm king size beds and many……

“We wanted to be close and walking distance to our adult daughter in UH. The apartment is clean and Stan was helpful. Living room large and easily accommodates pull out bed for third person if needed. Nothing really special about unit but comfortable for sure. A couple skylights would really help the interior space. TV cable very good. Bed, linens very comfortable!”
