We received very poor treatment since we arrived. Firstly, they did not honor the rate we paid through Expedia, claiming Expedia had incorrect rates. The bungalow had dirty carpets, and the hotel was understaffed from December 31st to January 3rd or 4th due to vacations. On December 31st, the hotel was only open for guests who had dinner reservations, whether they were hotel guests or not. We checked out, found no one at the hotel, and left the key in a fire alarm box. The overall food and service were bad, and they did not fulfill all the services advertised on their website.
