“The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights.
The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed.
Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. ”

“1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer
2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet
3. The beds were nice and well made up
4. No wifi (tbf our host explained that wifi was down in the area)
5. Lots of the hosts things left in the house, to the point he came back the next morning asking for his……
