“Had such a wonderful time. We were close to every spot we visited it made it very easy. It was very clean and very nice.”

“The property is super cute and comfortable. The screened deck is a lovely place to sit with a coffee in the morning. the hosts were easy to communicate with. The property is about 20 mins from downtown which is lovely as you can get away from the crazy. It’s 10 mins from Opreyland. Would definitely return.”

“The condo was nice and clean. If you like to walk it is about a 20 minute walk to downtown, it beats trying to find parking. There is a lot of construction going on. It was a little noisy at times with trains going by. Communication with the property manager was good, had quick responses.”

“Condo was as advertised except maybe the neighbor which was a little “sketchy”. It is down by the river and railroad tracks in a more industrial area. Walked to and from Broadway through some homeless persons without event. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and extremely clean.”

“Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“Overall our stay was great. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise……

“The property was easy to access and felt very private/safe. Lots of local dinning options within walking distance. Only a mile walk or scooter ride to Centennial Park and through the university. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. I would have rated all excellent but the carpet in the bedroom was really stained and dirty ( the rest of the unit was immaculate).Guest relations was very good about getting us additional towels and help with the TV and internet. The only other thing that would have improved my rating would be to have had a TV in the bedroom. I prefer to watch it when going to sleep. I would stay here again. It is close to Vanderbilt University and Medical center and has plenty of……

“Great place to stay when visiting Nashville. About 15-20 minute walk to Broadway Street action. Place was clean, good size and was very safe. ”

“The property was clean and fancy. Check in info was shared the day before after an extended check in process. We rented a two bedroom apartment for two couples and had plenty of room. If you are staying on the highway side, bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the overhead lights in both bedrooms.”

“Hotel was nice. Close enough to broadway to walk. Far enough away to not hear music when you needed quiet time. Staff friendly. We didn’t have water one day but they told us in advance and provided water bottles. Fire alarm went off the night the water was shut off at 3am. Scared the hell out of our family and the hotel didn’t mention anything the next day about what happened. Just said it was a false alarm. ”
