“Stayed 2 weeks in March 2026. Home was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Check-in was super smooth. The online listing accurately represented the property. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Good value. Spacious dining room, kitchen and living rooms. Super comfy living room furniture. Great amenities: kayaks, pedal boat, screened-in pool, floaties, beach items, fishing gear, fire pit, etc. (we didn't use all these but it was great to have them available). ……

“New pool is amazing! Oh the Sunsets….Host was great. Took care of any issues we had right away. So close to lots of neat things to do. Easy drive to Airport and downtown Tampa. Pine island beach is close and really nice. Java Kava had our coffee cravings and unique food. Lazy Lizzard, good music and food. Both 5 min. Away! Highly recommend this home….”

“Great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There was so much high-end seating in areas in and around the pool and decks. Lots of entertainment with a great game area as well. Home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Lots of thought was put into the little details of the home. Couldn’t have been happier!!”
