“This was an awesome easy relaxing little place to stay on the canal of Homosassa River! We enjoyed the home amenities and took a stroll on the kayak and paddle board with the pups... Very relaxing and convenient to many restaurants!”

“Good property to stay. Just be aware the property has 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd one is an open loft area and person staying in that room must walk through a second bedroom to use bathroom. A water/ice hookup would be appreciated on the refrigerator, as well as a toaster. Property was very clean.”

“This place exceeded our expectations! Some homes have everything yet nothing, but Sherri has carefully thought through every possible need, from bulbs to bowls. The beds, pillows, blankets were top notch and no detail left out. And clean is an understatement. The house was spotless! We had 5 kids from age 4-9 and had a blast with the paddle board at the mini beach across the street. We especially loved Robert R Keys beach just 9 minutes away. “My wife, mother-in-law and Charlie 🐶 had a wonderful stay. Was easy to find, house was furnished as listed and very clean. Nice open living room with ample seating. The back of the house is where it’s at! Nice big deck to sit, relax and let your cares go. We used the kayaks that was furnished and was able to put in right at the back of the house. We will definitely be back! Do not hesitate to reserve this appropriately named house: Our piece of paradise !!”

“Upon arrival we were unable to unlock the door, after other tries we discovered the directions were backwards. The bedrooms were well decorated, however the master bath shower didn’t work. The other thing that didn’t work was the sliding glass doors, they were hard to open and dirty, seems like it could be a safety issue. We cleaned several things to feel comfortable; the outside patio, trash around the yard and the kitchen, as well as the outside deck table. The windows were dirty and in……

“We had an amazing two weeks stay, the weather was lovely and the house was perfect for what we needed .Nothing was too much trouble for our host.we had a minor problem with the pool and was sorted immediately.We saw so much wildlife from the dock and fished most days.Renting the boat was an added extra but thoroughly worth the money. Looking forward to our next stay.Will definitely return.”

“Our family of 3 and our dog enjoyed a quick weekend away at this Weekie Wachee home. Check in was easy, and we were welcomed by a manatee swimming by in the crystal clear water. This home is located in a prime spot. It has a fantastic view of nature. There was also plenty of people watching as the boats and kayaks went by mid day. All was quiet and peaceful in the morning and evening. We enjoyed our time out on the shaded deck and took out the kayaks provided for early morning paddles. Momma and……

“The house, pool and backyard area were wonderful! It was a very relaxing place, perfect to stay while we visited with nearby family. We went to a local beach suggested in the owner's scrap book, very nice. We went to Mi Montana restaurant for some amazing Cuban coffee and empanadas. We were also able to walk down to Bruce Brother's Beanery and get a great cup of coffee. The next time we come down to visit family we absolutely want to stay here again!”

“James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. “I booked this house with a few friends and family for my 35th birthday weekend! I literally just wanted to relax in a pool and enjoy the weekend, and this property did not disappoint at all. The kayaks are a special touch too and were fun to use. The house was clean, the neighbors were friendly, there was enough parking. The house set up is great. Everything was clean and easy to find. The owners were great the very few times I reached out, quick to respond too, we are looking at booking here……

“I looked for a place for our family to get together for a vacation and also celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. I have 3 grown children and 2 grand kids 18 months and 3 years old. We had the best time ! When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised. This place looks even better in person. It is beautifully decorated. It was immaculate. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Most people have the pool inside the lanai. The fact that it was outside allowed the kids……
