「The owner allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. This retro motel is nestled in a nice neighborhood just off of main streets and freeways. The area is quiet and felt safe to walk around after dark. I was there for 5 days on business, and there are some great spots within walking distance. I was a little embarrassed when I had a room key issue trying to get into the laundry room at 6.30am, so my hair wasn't done and I was looking a little rugged I might say lol. the front desk woman asked me my room number and my name and said she hadn't seen me before, when she is the one who checked me in.
