The front office staff members were distant and didn’t offer any information about the property, where things were located (ice machines, pool, exercise room, coffee in the morning) or provide a map of the property. The pool area is a plus-clean and picked up. But, since the pool bar& lounge are open so few hours, it’s hardly worth mentioning in their listing."
