“Dude in the front was super helpful, polite, and super welcoming! The room was amazing! Super clean, very spacious, and comfy bed! We stood there 2 night and had book the spa treatment, super relaxing! We basically had the whole pool to ourselves as well, which was very nice! I would recommend this place and go back! ”

Outside our room, there was a group of intoxicated individuals shouting obscenities loudly—this immediately made me and my family, who are new to the U.S., feel extremely unsafe and anxious, especially as a young woman staying there at night.
