「Nice view and food 」

「Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. 「Bar and restaurant is nice and modern, looks like it's recently been refurbished. Food is great! Rooms look like they've been decorated somewhat recently but not completely refurbished. For the price, I would stay again」

「Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again」

「Good staff , food good , but no hot water in the sink or bath to wash in the morning it was stone cold. I told the manager who was very apologetic and said he would get it looked at.」
