「這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人」

「Lovely peaceful location just around the corner from the beach. Small shop, cafes and bar near by, we’d recommend a visit to the ice cream parlour - lots of flavours with vegan and doggy options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was seamless and the host responded quickly to all communications. Only downside was no enclosed outside space for our dogs」

「Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order.」

「Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen.」

「Absolutely Perfect in every way possible. Spacious Room with a Very Comforable King size bed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Virkelig hyggeligt sted med en fantastisk dejlig have. Værelset var rent og pænt」

「Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel.」

「Super stay! We come back every few months!」

「早餐十分美味，泊車方便，環境寧静。」

「Fantastic. Really need to keep that a secret!」

「We had a lovely stay at Bosun's Chair and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy everything nearby. Our room was beautiful, with cool, stylish décor and a comfortable, welcoming feel. The bathroom was equally impressive, with nice towels and quality toiletries provided. We also appreciated the in-room facilities, including a coffee machine, kettle, tea, hot chocolate and complimentary bottled water. Check-in and check-out were...

「Unfortunately, our high hopes were dashed. The pot of tea and cake on arrival in a side room was a bit weird. Our room, which was the most expensive of our 3-week trip was painfully small and uncomfortable The bed was too soft. This property may be loved by others due to its history and charm, but it wasn’t what we’d hoped it would be.」

「Exceeded all my expectations.」

「We stayed here for a night. A lovely room in a stunning location on the edge of the New Forest. Our host was super helpful and could not do enough for us. Would certainly stay again.」

「We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower」

「We love everything of this beautiful hotel.」
