“Hotel is under renovation and our room was clean and recently decorated and had a fantastic view, but the bathroom did look dated. Downside was the bed which was small and very hard.”

“Not price worthy as when there is a cruise coming, it raises its prices by 3 times ! The receptionists are not too friendly and helpful !”

“Lovely hotel with sea view, beautiful room and so clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, loved the hotel being so close to the beach, breakfast had a good selection of food and so lovely we ate outside enjoying the sea view, the restaurant Brassierre Blanc was also lovely, the food was very good, only thing I would complain about is how long each course it took to come out, we had to wait 45 mins just for our starter after having the nibbles, then another very long wait for the mains etc,……

“The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!”

“We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast. We will be back ☺️”

“Rooms were very small but adequate. The bed is a small double and mattress lumpy so really felt like we were gonna fall out the bed. I wouldn’t stay in that type of room again for that reason. Also I booked 2 rooms in same booking with Expedia but the hotel put us in different blocks. They were able to move us together after some discussion and showing evidence of one booking for 2 rooms. So in this scenario they require that you email ahead to the hotel and link your booking! ”

“Great location for the beach and the centre of town. Hotel beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cooked options, all freshly prepared. Really enjoyed the Bluewater Spa and Brasserie menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
