"Wyndham Allyra in Punta Cana was an amazing resort with very friendly staff, a ton of activities to keep one busy and wonderful atmosphere. The rooms could be updated a bit or maintenence better as the toilet paper holder was missing a screw to keep it on and the counters in the bathroom were slightly chipped. However, the staff made up for the slight maintenence issues and were all very helpful and wonderful to work with. Overall - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!"

"Overall- Older property, but well maintained and extremely friendly staff. We saw a lot of the same people all week and they are so welcoming and friendly and truly make you feel like a little family during your stay. Daniel and Raynar in the Privelage pool area, our concierge Timothe and Priscilla in the Preimum member service area were all amazing! Premium upgrade- If you can upgrade to the premium membership, it’s very worth it. It includes personal concierge service to book reservations at the restaurants or help with anything throughout the week. It also includes concierge service at the pool/beach, upgraded drink options, private beach/pool area and building. Definitely a nice upgrade for a nicer stay. Food- Lots of options with restaurants (Italian, Mexican, American, steakhouse, teriyaki and french - although French requires long pants for men) as well as a rotating menu for dinner at the main building. There is also a restaurant on the beach (exclusive for premium members for breakfast and dinner) which provided an amazing view. Overall, if you don’t mind an older property (which they are constantly maintaining and updating) that has a smaller footprint, I would highly recommend. Some of the resorts are way too big, but this one felt much more friendly, family like and less intimidating when it came to walking around to different areas. Thank you to the amazing staff who made us feel like home!!! We will absolutely be back. ❤️"

"The thing that I like, the most was the avocado from dinner things that I like the least, where the cheap liquor every soda taste like if it was a diet soda the food was not the greatest. The hallway smelled either like throw up or piss. There was cats on the property some dogs as well. And one morning, going to see the sunrise I found a dead bird right in the walk path in between my hotel room and the lobby where I have to go and inform the front desk that they had a dead bird lying down in the path. Female staff personnel will hide in the bathroom to use their cell phones with no common courtesy or anything."

"This one is going to be a mixed bag of a review. The Good: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping kept everything nice and restocked our fridge. Francis took us anywhere we wanted to go on resort even set his own alarm to meet us on departure and help with bags. Luis, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding with the check in survey that was at Expedia not at you sir. Thank you for surprising my wife and I with the room being decorated while we were out and the dinner by the beach. Luis was on it and deserves all the love and awards at that place. Thank you Julio for your help as well. Bad:Travel club being rude and liars, parts of resort closed off to different tiers. Food wasnt good, drinks watered down. Adult pool taken away from everyone, was looking forward to that. we decided on day 5 we won’t be back due to how the travel club just doesn’t take no for an answer. 90 minutes turned into 3 hours apparently “can’t afford that” doesn’t click. Also beforehand we were told even if we don’t want it “we’ll still be friends”” that’s a lie cause afterwards I had to force them to shake my hands and they had attitudes. I don’t like how the future looks with this subscription service that the resort is going with. Thank you everyone who helped and were nice but all of the bad outweighed the good. Get rid of travel club they’re bad for your business. "

"Overall beautiful resort , some staff members need more training , magna club at this location is not worth the upgrade ( Magna club at Oyster Bay was amazing ), alcohol selection was below average , Food was great. If you get this resort at a really amazing price go for it ,if not go somewhere else."
