“We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made……

L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit.”

Upon arrival, after traveling almost 12 hours, we were told that they had overbooked and we would need to spend the night at their sister resort. The manager kept telling us how great the sister resort was and that we probably would just want to stay over there and not come back to Bakour. “We booked here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and the relaxing atmosphere was exactly what we needed - the hotel was quiet, the staff was attentive, and the location was perfect… close to a gym, pool, mini market, bars, and restaurants.”

“Everything was perfect the food was really good we payed for the morning breakfast and then we got the check thinking we still had to pay and then they reminded us it was free it was just a receipt and returned the money which other people would have just kept it but the staff was perfect everything was really nice ”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture.
