「We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made...

「El desayuno muy bueno. El baño del cuarto siempre estaba húmedo. El estarctor estaba tan sucio que no sacaba la humedad ni el olor. Hay música en la noche y si estás en los pisos de arriba se va a escuchar. Nosotros estábamos en el 3ro y se escuchaba.」

「I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here.」

「La ubicación!! The location was excellent, and it was easy to visit nearby attractions. I would come back again.」

「One thing that disappointed me during my stay was the hotel’s visitor policy. Guests were not allowed to have more than one person visit the room at a time, even briefly during the day. I completely understand limits on overnight guests or parties, but this policy felt unusually restrictive and was not clearly disclosed when booking. Had I known beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different hotel.」

「Best hotel in La Romana! VERY SAFE inside hotel for a solo female traveler. Great owners. Very clean, amazing housekeeper. Brand new tiles in bathroom, beautiful! Well-equipped room with table, luggage rack, phone charger,TV, excellent wifi, ac, hot water. Excellent service! On a main street, ate delicious shrimp at a restaurant next door, small grocery only a few blocks away, accessible by public transit, aka la gua gua」
