Dominican Republic Spa Hotel

"We had a wonderful time during our stay, the resort is very well maintained and the service is top notch. We got blessed with the BEST butler (Gridel) who was there for us every step of the way. He made every aspect of the trip so convenient, from check-in to check-out. We will miss his big smile and never ending positive energy! The staff is really what makes this resort so special. Everybody is incredible nice and helpful, from bartenders, housekeeping and dining staff. The nighttime entertainment was fun, specially the circus with amazing acrobatic acts! We stayed in the family section with our 2 teenagers and had plenty of opportunity for pool, beach, excursions, and relaxation. We did the buggies and the ATV, and though we had to get used to the Dominican minutes with long wait times, we were glad to break up the days with some fun off the resort. We struggled a little with all the sales folks on the beach, and at the excursions. Everywhere you turn somebody wants to sell you something like jewelry, cigars, toys, photos with parrots etc. We learned with time to just say no right away but some can be quite pushy and it got uncomfortable a few times. Overall we highly recommend this resort!"
