"We recently stayed at this property for just 2 nights as a base while exploring London, and we barely used the place, making it impossible for us to cause the kind of stains they later claimed. We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. "Our team was in London for one week and this flat was perfect for us. The local area meets the need of grocery as well as eating spots, with bus and tube access a short walk away. The host is accommodating and answered our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend."
