“Amazing property and Staff”

“This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!”

“Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading. There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to……

“Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that……
