「Staff was very nice and accommodating. My room was a bit small, and I did have some bugs, both flying and around the shower area. Shower has a half glass door, and water gets on the floor. Otherwise, clean and quiet. Comfy bed, tho felt a little damp.」

「Was not very happy with the property we got there and checked in on a Sunday and the big pool was closed the whole time there was construction and banging with a hammer the whole time of my stay and I complained about it and they said that they were not going to compensate me in anyway so I would not go back again and I would not recommend it to anyone」

「The Pelican Grand has a lovely ocean front view. In spite of that, we had several issues with our keys, elevators not working, water control in the shower broken and a very uncomfortable sofa bed in our suite. The beach, bar, and pool staff were all very accommodating. There is no coffee provided in the morning, the gift shop and the restaurant do not open until 7 AM for you to purchase coffee. 「Amazing stay. The room was comfortable and location was spectacular. Make sure you eat at the Sandbar grill, the convenience and view are worth it alone but the food was delicious too. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.」
