Family vacation

Really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head island. The house was spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the foosball table and pool. I would really recommend this house

Terrific Famil Vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! The house was perfect for our group of 14. It's in a great location, has plenty of beds and bathrooms, a nice balcony that looks out onto the open space and beach, and a spacious game room that we all enjoyed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! Matt

Large Home close to beach

Beautiful views! Every bedroom had their own bathroom. Some updated bathrooms. Pool can’t be heated so it was too cold to use in March.

Lovely Thanksgiving Get Away

The house was big with ample space. The teenagers loved the game room and hot tub. The view was wonderful. The house was a SHORT walk to the beach. We enjoyed the marsh view and all the birds. Every morning and evening we watched the sun rise and set. The sun set in front of the house on the road along the bridge. We cooked one evening and we had plenty of cookware and dishes. Four of the bedrooms had new updated bathrooms. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Of course we love Hilton Head because of the bike paths, pickle ball, and great food.

Quiet Beach

Property is nice, large, convenient to quiet, less crowded beach. Pool is small but adequate. House needs a couch in game room. Very little seating for a house that sleeps 14. Only 1 sectional, 6 dining chairs and 3 bar stools. Kitchen is small. A second fridge would be helpful and more cooking utensils. Property is very bright. If traveling with children, bring blackout shades! Wonderful views and quiet neighborhood. Lots of bike trails. Great spot for fishing and crabbing. AvantStay customer service was very attentive and responded quickly. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Family gathering

Overall it was a great place, in a great location. There were a few little snafus: The elevator didn't work; the bicycles needed repairs and had to wait for new bikes to be brought over; requested chalk for the pool table cues and it was never provided; and the jacuzzi wouldn't stay hot while being used.
