Welcome to Inverness Village, a complex located near golf courses, beaches, and so much more! This family-friendly vacation rental, with space for up to 10 guests, features a full, well-equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area, and a furnished patio with a gas grill and golf course view. Guests will also enjoy access to the shared, on-site pool and tennis courts.

What's nearby:
This condo is just a short bike ride or even walk from the beach. Canoe or kayak through the intricate 11-mile lagoon system, or keep your feet dry and indulge in some retail therapy, or dine at one one of several local restaurants. A little over two miles from this rental is Shelter Cove Marina, a waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, water sports, and weekly (seasonal) waterfront fireworks displays.

Pros- great views of golf course- comfortable and spacious beds rooms. Gorgeous scenery . Very quiet and lovely area Cons: was concerned with the cleanliness. Old kitchen, needs some TLC. The coffee makers or not usable had mold in them and filthy. Dishwasher was old. Everything just needed otherwise it was a great place

Great accommodations in Hilton Head

Second time staying in this pet friendly condo. Has everything we needed including a new gas grill since our prior stay. Bathrooms were remodeled in 2021 and are very nice. Location to golf and the beach is excellent as well as to stores, restaurants and entertainment. everyone we talked to in the development were very friendly. It is hard to find pet friendly rentals in Palmetto Dunes Resort and I appreciate the ability to take our dog on vacation.

Last minute getaway

This property was everything we needed for a quick getaway. The kids loved the bunk room, and the grownups enjoyed the insanely comfortable beds and walking the cart paths on the golf course. Appreciated the clean facilities, linens, and the adequately supplied kitchen space. Just had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Could have been worse I suppose.

The house wasn’t as clean as I expected. Lots of black dog hairs and lots of dust under furniture. It’s a little deceiving when it comes to the bedrooms. It’s not really three bedrooms, really two and a tiny bunk room. Luckily two of our guest didn’t come, we only had 6 people but still had to share a room in order to be comfortable and on a decent mattress. I was also told I could book an extra day for half price but when I tried, it was almost impossible to figure out, went back and forth with emails and they ended up charging me more for the extra night that the original cost. In the end the whole trip with fees and all was almost double. I expect some fees but my goodness.

Festival Fun / 2021

We came to enjoy the festival but so enjoyed just hanging out with our friends at this condo. The views of the golf course created a relaxing backdrop for that first cup of coffee in the morning to the last glass of wine in the in the evening after a long day of having fun. The unit itself was very comfortable, even the paint color was very serene. The beds were amazing! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I can’t say enough about Vacasa-we only had two minor issues and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Rental

This property made our stay so much better than we expected. The pool was great, home was lovely, clean and spacious, it was close to Beaches, restaurants and shopping. Perfect overall experience for our first time to Hilton Head.

We had a nice stay in this unit. The unit is tucked away in the development, so after renting bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters, we had little longer ride than other properties, but it was manageable.

Just lovely

Location, interior, and extras were all lovely. Nice layout for a family. Comfortable beds. Plenty sheets and towels ready to go upon arrival. Family dog especially like the raw hides left (she liked them so much we would buy at home If you could tell us brand). Also, master shower zero entry and tile were great! Should we ever fulfill our dream of vaca home on HH, want to know your tile man too!

Fabulous location

Family friendly, very clean and everything you need is located in this gated community! Kids enjoyed the pool (never crowded), dads enjoying golfing and this condo being right on the quiet course, moms enjoyed take out from the club house and the general store for essentials needed without leaving property! Would love to come back! So beautiful and relaxing!
