"Great location. Right next to the gondola and the town. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly Only complaint is breakfast had no decent protein whatsoever- only slivers of salmon which were soaked in oil. The rest was cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, granola, cereal and yogurt as well as berries. After 4 days of being there, it got extremely mundane and sugar overload. "

"The property is very pet friendly, and there is a huge park right next door for walks. The park also has tennis courts, if you’re into tennis or pickle ball. We very much enjoyed the hot tubs near the pool that have amazing views of the mountains, and also the private hot tub on our patio. The swimming pool was closed during our stay. Breakfast was nice, especially the breakfast burritos and bagels. I also enjoy that the staff had a fire going each morning in the fireplace near the breakfast area. Also, I appreciated being able to use the bathrobes in our room for going to/from the hot tubs. "

"Highly recommend this property!! We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Management was very communicative and very friendly. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip back to Pagosa Springs. It’s a must stay!! "

"Rooms are small but clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable, and location is a close walk to the springs. The worse part about this motel is that it is still just a motel. The sound proofing is non existent, road noise can be heard and other guest conversations can be heard clearly. The motel provides you with earplugs but that’s not a great resolution to the problem. Second issue is they only installed one window with blackout curtains so sleep was limited by the light and noise. Would not recommend. "
