Staff were nice , very hot room difficult to get the temp right.
Great place to stay with lots of room in the private rooms. The only downside was the WiFi didn't work well.

This property has one toilet on each floor and showers on the ground floor
This is not indicated in the Wotif information
On a positive note, the staff were more than obliging and attempted us help us with communication with Wotif
Don’t get caught like this otherwise if you are looking for a refund of your money we find it a tiring and exhausting experience and obviously Wotif just want you to give up
Wotif obviously have not set up there business model not on customer service just margin on rooms
Beds were soft, decent space for the price. Had a private bathroom. Having to take shoes off was annoying, especially because the slippers were too small for me. Check in and out was very easy. Overall very good.
The staff at the lobby were kind and attentive. The room and facilities were clean. The area is safe and close to restaurants and train stations. Bonus points for allowing me to check in at 10:00 am without additional fees.
It was interesting how it was a digital receptionist. Overall the hotel was great and worked to our needs. It would be a good idea to have a small laundry and possibly a microwave in the room
Avoid This Hotel!
We arrived to find no one at reception; the desk is only staffed at certain hours. We tried to check-in using the computer terminal, but it wouldn’t accept our booking reference (the same one sent by email and shown in the Expedia app). We left a message at the desk via the phone and eventually received a call back, but by then it was already late and over an hour had passed. We gave up and booked a room at the APA across the road instead.
Two members of our group did manage to check-in, but they said the place felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with shared bathroom facilities. We were promised a REUND, but nothing has happened.
STAY AWAY. This place is a dive.
the room was spacious but we had not realised that it was a shared bathroom as this was not listed until three or four lines down under Bathroom as a room amenity.
