「We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....

「This property was directly on the harbor with two balconies that overlook the harbor and all the action of Chania and Elia the host gave us some fantastic recommendations for dinner and was always there for our needs. I would have no reservation booking this property if there was higher than 10 star I give it.」

My only comment is that there are stairs to get from the street to the lobby, which I was not aware of. Having recently had shoulder surgery, it is a problem carrying luggage up (or down) stairs. 」
