Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

The staff were exceptional and go out of their way to help you with everything. Especially Hannie and Rose can’t thank them enough for all they did .
Only thing I would say is don’t book any cruises through the hotel as the company they use is not reputable and if things go pear shaped there is nothing unfortunately the hotel can do even though they did their best to rectify the problem

"I had an incredible experience staying at Chez Cao. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room and the view were both gorgeous, and it is centrally located.
