“This resort is far from the claim of a 5-star resort with the Wyndham Grand branding throughout. Poor build quality, views of unfinished villas, showers with hard-to-control temperature, and hot showers lasting only 2 mins. The staff, though friendly and trying their best, isn't at an international standard. Food quality was mixed, with some excellent dishes, while others were subpar--recommend reducing menu options to focus on their top dishes. Heavy mosquito and spiders in villas. ”

“Definitely, this is a great hotel to visit and stay. The service is completely excellent and the dinning is fabulous to us. In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! Breakfast is nice and dinning service is even better!! Very recommend to foreigners.”

“Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. “All the attractions that we wanted to see/do were very close by however we were still in a quiet private area in the mountains. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was a great size and was always kept clean. We had a lovely stay here for a very reasonable price and we would definitely recommend staying here ”
