「1.BaiDinh飯店熱水有待加強，住宿的第一天使用三至五分鐘即無熱水可用，第二天狀況有改善，設備應加強與更新。2.因熱水器缺失，從二樓換至一樓，依然出現同樣問題，但員工對於熱水器缺失不以為意，表示因為使用不當或過度，並非設備缺失，態度不佳，疑似以越南文與其同事抱怨。3.BaiDinh飯店與BaiDinh古剎寺宇比鄰，如有安排同名園區的行程，建議入住此飯店，約三點五小時可以飽覽周遭景色，如行程於下午二至三時開始，更能享受百萬夜景。」

「Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. 「一大早到寧平、入住這家飯店，老板娘很好，讓我們吃免費的早餐，因爲入住時間是下午兩點，所以我們麻煩老闆娘幫我們叫車出遊，回到飯店也晚了，老板娘讓我們入住在邊間的房間，床很大，因爲怕蚊子，進到房間，就把房間門窗關上，沒有補蚊燈、沒有紗窗、還好現在不會太熱，但是廁所的味道就不是很好 ，且緊臨隔壁，星期日又party 到很晚，吵得不得了，因爲是住兩晚，第二晚因為門窗關緊，廁所卻臭到不行 ，打掃人員知情，卻只能打開抽風機，住的環境真的讓人無法忍受，整晚電風扇都ㄧ直吹，上廁所要戴口罩，可想而知，多恐怖的住宿，由於他們英語溝通不好，也只好忍著，不建議住此，交通亦不方便」

「This is a beautiful Homestay with well kept gardens and accommodation. The staff are very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay, this is perfect. The panoramic view bungalow is beautiful, and we also stayed in the smaller deluxe bungalow with it's lovely mountain view. Taxi's are easy to book to get around, and there are bikes to ride.
