“We had an amazing two-night stay! The family running the homestay is incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. The room was great, and we loved spending time by the pool. The food was delicious, and having bike rentals on-site was the perfect way to explore the town. Highly recommend!”

“Breakfast was small due to hotel size but really delicious, desk staff were so helpful, aircon works well, free bikes to rent a bonus. Obviously the highlight is the scenic location of the hotel, a little far from the main centre, not an issue though as grabs are easy to get here. So peaceful and idyllic, would stay again.”

“Our room was dirty, smelled like toilet, and the tv was broken. The receptionist, dora, was very very sweet! He really tried to help out, but clearly the bosses were the difficult people and just seighted and ignored us. They hated the idea they had to help us our t after 8pm due to our bad room. Do the first night we got another room but lower than the one we paid. So we decided to check out. The 2nd night dora made sure we got a refund. So thats very sweet of him. But the bosses are not. “We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place……

“Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Familie, die sich um das Hotel kümmert, ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut – ganz nah am Zentrum von Tam Coc und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Leider habe ich nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, habe mich aber sehr wohlgefühlt. “We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit,etc). “We went there for a few days to relax. Our 2 week visit to South Vietnam and North Vietnam was very hectic with many tours. This resort was perfect. Out of the way, beautiful rooms and the landscaping was amazing. Our view of the mountains was magical. The staff is top notch. We hated to leave.”

“The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others.”
