"When the bus first dropped us off at the end of the alleyway, we weren’t quite sure where we were staying, but once we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. For the hotel’s rating, it was very well located central, convenient, and easy to get around from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and they did our laundry for a very fair price, which was a huge plus while traveling with kids. We rented bikes from a small shop nearby (we needed bikes with child seats on the back), and being able to bike around was fantastic & highly recommended. Breakfast was also good and a nice way to start the day. Overall, a good stay and we would recommend. "

"Serenity is a good word for this place to have in its name. The bungalow was great, very spacious, comfy bed, huge shower, and a pool for those wanting a dip. We went out for breakfast every day so I can't comment on that. Tam Coc is a great place for being tourist friendly, it is super walkable and very lovely. Highly recommended"

"A lovely resort set in a beautiful landscape! The room was very nice and was cleaned at least twice a day. The hosts are incredibly kind and speak very good English. We were also very lucky to meet Phuc, who welcomed us with her kind gestures and warm smile, showed us our room, and surprised us with a honeymoon cake. The resort also has a lovely restaurant that serves delicious food at very reasonable prices. I strongly recommend this resort! !"
