「Green Springs Inn in Ashland, Oregon is a beautiful place located in a peaceful forest setting. It’s quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a nature getaway. The location is truly special and makes the stay very enjoyable. However, while the property used to be very clean, it now seems that housekeeping could be improved. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place would be absolutely perfect.」

「This was such a cute retro hotel. Perfect for a one night stop. It had the best pizza place right next door and a grocery store within walking distance. We had our dog and they had a perfect little dog area too right outside of the animal friendly room. 」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
