“My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!”

“This is an AWESOME apartment. I have my own VRBO rental. There is NO DETAIL OVERLOOKED by this host. Walking distance to amazing Hoboken, NJ, and THE PATH. FREE PARKING a block away. I told the friend I was traveling with “I gave up a view for free parking.” The host made us SO HAPPY we did, INSANELY responsive. Detailed instructions for check in and the garage. Everything went as instructed. A well-thought-out space with amenities in every corner. Meaning - Heaters in baths and bedrooms in……

“Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. Pictures of apartment are very accurate. Perfect for what we were looking for. Roof top is amazing-the view of NYC skyline was seriously beautiful. We sat up there for drinks both……

“We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.”

“The visit was for my nieces graduation and the location was in between my niece and nephews apartments and close to Newark airport. It was the perfect solution.”

“We came for a long weekend to the area and had a great stay at this beautiful unit! We had an event in Hoboken and in Manhattan and they were a short 15 minute ride. There were many lovely features and lots of amenities. We were a family of five with a teenage daughter, and she especially enjoyed the expansive full finished basement with essentially her own bedroom, living room, playroom and suite :-) and the rest of us were very comfortable on the main level. The bathrooms, kitchen and living……

“The owner of this property is gaming the system. We reserved this property in September. He accepted our reservation and payment and then on the day of Checkin, told us he had rented to someone else. We were robbed of our vacation and had to stay in a dumpy hotel for triple the price. He should be kicked off VRBO. Don’t book here!”

“I never got to stay in the place because the owner (or his agent) double booked it and didn’t realize that until the day of my parents’ arrival for whom I had selected the property. I ended up having to look for a new place within hours on a busy holiday weekend for which I had planned, booked and paid (!!!) this place 5 months in advance. Very unprofessional and disappointing”
