“It was cute & cosy, very clean, mattress vey comfortable, really enjoyed our one night stay in the area of Abramham Lincolm birth place. ”

The yogurt was expired. We had hot water but heard a lot of complaints at the front desk that some people had no hot water. The cable and internet was out for a night. ”

“Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay.”

“Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. ”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the price they are charging, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and quality, but this place fell far below even the minimum standards. The rooms were poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture and a general lack of cleanliness. It felt neglected and far from the “premium” experience the pricing suggests. Basic amenities were either missing or in bad condition, and nothing about the stay justified the high cost. The overall……
