Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, ein tolles Haus und ein ruhiger Park. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei schöne Wälder zum Wandern/Mountainbiken: Salladnse Heuvelrug und die Wälder bei Ommen. Letzteres ist sehr zu empfehlen: sehr abwechslungsreich in Bezug auf die Baumarten und es gibt auch eine offene Sandebene. In diesem Jahr [2021] wurde viel gekürzt, um wieder Platz für das Heidekrautwachstum zu schaffen, also sieht man hier und da hauptsächlich umgestürzten Boden, aber es gibt immer noch viel Schönes zu genießen!
