“My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. “Wonderful 2nd time staying at this location. Easy walk to the beach and great restaurants in ocean bay park. Biggest issue was not having anyone to text with questions. At other properties we have stayed we could contact the owners- Vacasa didn’t allow for this here. When the codes given to us didn’t unlock the bicycles we needed, it took a long time to get a hold of someone and the people who texted back gave generic answers and couldn’t help. They gave us the same code we had already received.……

We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!”
