"Everything was fantastic "

"This was a weird hotel stay for us. When we arrived after a long day of travel, it was around 11pm. There was no one working in the lobby and we stood there for about 15 minutes. We tried calling but no one answered. Finally a very frazzled employee rushed down from upstairs. She was the only one working in the hotel and was dealing with multiple emergencies. It wasn't her fault-- she was trying her best, but she should not have been the only employee in a very full hotel at night. We got to our room and one area on the floor (carpet) about a foot and a half wide was soaking wet. It was late and we felt bad for the one employee, so we just went to bed. Breakfast was packed but fine. The cruise shuttle system was very well executed. All in all it was okay, but they need more employees for an overnight shift. "

"No hot water not even warm"

"parking lot was absolute trash, the air conditioner works good though. all day and night i could hear everything from all the other rooms, and it was disgusting. bathroom was dirty and floors. wont be going back. the staff lady was nice though."

"We were only here 1 night waiting on our cruise. The rooms need some updating they are dark and dreary really expected it to be nicer for the price. "

"This property is in severe need of a complete renovation, if not a full rebuild. The overall condition of the hotel is unacceptable—everything appears outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were especially concerning, as the sheets were visibly dirty and there was a noticeable presence of mildew throughout the property, which caused continuous sneezing and discomfort during our stay. To make matters worse, the elevators were out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor without any assistance. Given such a significant inconvenience, it is reasonable to expect staff support, yet none was offered. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever encountered. The condition of the property and lack of basic service fall far below acceptable standards. Based on this experience, I strongly believe a refund is warranted."
