"This is a real gem of a find! I loved our stay here. GPS does take you to the back of the building but it’s located next to a large parking lot. Plenty of parking which was great for us because we have an extended cab f350 ford that does not fit into most parking spaces. "Signage for the motel was poor. We could not Tell where to go to check in. One sign was hidden in the bushes. There was no sign in the to tell you to go around the corner to check in. "

"We stayed a few days so that we could check out colleges in MA. If looking for "nice", go elsewhere. It was worth what we paid, overall. Cons: Bathroom fan didn't work. Lamps flickered and died when plugged in. Safe was missing 3 of 4 batteries so did not work. Smelled like pot, which dissipated after 2 days. Knicks/holes in wall were either painted over or spackled and painted, however paint didn't match so the walls were speckled all over with mismatched paint. There was no dresser to put clothing in. There was some sort of unit that held the TV, microwave, and mini fridge. There was 1 small drawer in that but it was the size of a silverware drawer. There was also a night stand with 2 small drawers. There was a place to hang clothes but not 1 hangar. There was a large, old blood stain on the comforter. However, after we asked for it to be swapped for a clean one, housekeeping got us a new comforter right away. Pros: Central to alot of stores and restaurants, and not far from colleges. The neighborhood was a bit schetchy but we had no problems. There appeared to be a safety chain on the door but it was busted, so we just used the door lock mechanism at night. (Electronic key card system). AC unit was nice and cold. Despite all that was wrong with the room, housekeeping kept the room very clean. There was no grime, dirt, or bugs. Front desk were friendly and helpful. Easy check in/check out. Our room was in the back, away from the street, so it was usually quiet."

"We had a quick over night stay at the cabin. I would definitely stay there again, it was an interesting place to stay. It was super quiet although the grounds seem like they are still in the midst of being renovated. The cabin was and clean and stocked with basic kitchen necessities. We liked the screened in porch and enjoyed the fire pit. There wasn’t a t.v., which was fine, just unexpected and there wasn’t a blind on one of the windows in the bedroom so hung a blanket and there wasn’t a ceiling anywhere in the cabin. If so if you have privacy “concerns” this might be an issue. But over all it was a cute interesting adventure."

"At first we weren’t so sure, the outside was a little cluttered but they are renovating. The room was nice and clean, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Pool was nice. Everything came out perfect. Great location, restaurants, supermarket and gas stations near by. Friends weekend trip turned out Perfect. Will definitely stay there again. A+"

"Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The room had two chairs but was missing a small table for eating. Luckily, we travel with a folding table. Breakfast was ok with carb heavy options. Coffee was good. It looked like they are doing some work to the front gardens. It would be nice if they put in a sitting area"
