“The property was lovely, very clean and well situated with restaurants, the beach and dog friendly park within very easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food to satisfy diverse tastes.”

The exterior common areas and facilities were poorly maintained, with broken chairs, damaged patio umbrellas, and several visible areas of deterioration that had not been repaired or repainted. “I thought the breakfast was lacking. The biscuit was hard & the eggs were cold.”

“The properties right on the beach location is unbeatable, but it is dire need of some TLC. The furnishings are in really poor shape. The couch in the room was stained incredibly bad and in the cushions were torn and had a pullout couch that they supplied no linens for the table in the room at a broken leg. One telephone was all but destroyed the closet door was broken. The place needs some attention.”

“What you see there isn't the reality; the place is terrible. Nothing works: the room smells musty, the place is dirty, the air conditioning is old and in poor condition, the ceilings are broken, and the spa isn't functioning. Terrible service, terrible place—I do not recommend it.”
