Convenient, Exactly as Described, and Great Communication

Perfectly centrally located to all amenities on Top Sail and very easy and convenient access to the beach! The property was exactly as pictured, and being supplied with linens was a huge bonus! The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our trip! Will definitely consider another stay at this property.

The house was as advertised and worked well for our group of 4 men down for a long weekend of golf. The elevator was great! Weather didn't allow the use of the hot tub but we will certainly partake the next time we stay there in the spring.

Great location!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great for the view of the beach access as well as being close to all of the things to do on the island. The elevator was nice for loading up all of our things as well as for the ones that minded the stairs more. The short walk to the beach was perfect! We could set up early and walk back and forth as needed. The beach was very clean! Not a lot of shells to walk on in the water.We were disappointed about the grill issue since we typically do a lot of grilling on vacation and didn't have that capability. But it was nice to have the propane fire in the evenings and play corn hole with the kids!Overall the place was clean and the host was accommodating! I had mentioned about the lack of silverware in the kitchen and they had several new sets delivered the next day! The owner was also very easy to reach so if we needed anything or had any concerns, they were very willing to make it right.
