Amazing Views!

Great home for large families! Just steps from a very wide and secluded beach. The wrap around decks have amazing views from Sunrise to Sunset! Only draw back is the kitchen, though well equipped, is a little small for this size home, we do a lot of cooking. We had a wonderful time and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Pool was an added bonus for young kids in the family!

Amazing

The elevator was not in service due to codes change. Would have been greatly appreciated for such a large house. Best family vacation ina long while. Most likely we'll be returning! Beautiful 🌅

Great location and great space for large groups

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The access to the beach from the house is easy and quick. The wrap around porches give you a shady, or sunny, view at any time of the day--depending on what you want. The elevator worked great for our geriatric dogs and the little neighborhood was a good shady place to walk them. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The dining table gave us plenty of space for meals and nightly card games. Great week!

Overrated

Pictures Of house are amazing. Size is accurate. Condition of home poor. Needs lots of maintenance. The cleaning crew if they have one did not follow any Covid 19 steps. We cleaned ourself to feel safe. German roaches on the first two floors. Bed in master room Mattress is in need of replacement. Do not consider this a usable room until that has happened. Pool deck very unsafe. The list goes on actually, but I can say whoever comes in behind us is lucky. We cleaned everything!!

Wonderful House!

Great house for our family! Plenty of rooms, baths & space to get-together. Kitchen equipped very well for serving all. Had a great time playing pool, ping-pong, Foosball and enjoyed the ocean views all around! Very nice time.

Big house

Besides an issue with the hot tub cover that was quickly addressed we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and huge. It was a very short walk to the beach. We highly enjoyed our stay

Great location. Multiple repairs need addressed at the house.

We as a group had fun. However, there are issues with the home. The most detrimental to our group was the condition of the grill as one of us got burned from a grease fire.

Beachcation 2020

We rented this property as a large family vacation. The home is huge and beautiful. Everyone was able to spread out & have their own space. There was always someone on on of the decks enjoying the sights Ward! Ward Realty was very helpful when we needed. The check-in/out process was very easy! ENJOYED our stay!!

Smallish kitchen

Fabulous location and view!!! Loved the layout! Kitchen is small for the number of bedrooms but supplemented by 2 kitchenettes. The decks were great!
