Beautiful house, beautiful location and perfect weather!

A perfect set up for a multigenerational family! The elevator feature was perfect for our elderly family member. The view from the balcony was amazing and made it so that she never had to physically go down to the beach to enjoy looking at the ocean. We also had a perfect weather week which made it one of our favorite beach vacations ever!

Spacious and Beautiful!

We so enjoyed our time in Surf City! The only negative was having the house so close to the busy road, but once you were in the house, the focus was on the beautiful views of the ocean! The elevator was such a life saver! It was not only helpful for loading and unloading, but made it possible for my mom who uses a walker to be able to manage to get to the sundeck with no problem! Loved our stay! And the people at Ward Realty were amazing as was the cleaning staff!!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Surf City. The ocean view from the home was amazing! So nice to be able to sit outside in the evenings on the porch and enjoy the ocean. Our only complaints were the elevator had a very unpleasant odor and one of the bathroom showers did not drain very well. Other then that we were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We would definitely come back!
