Location Location Location

The property was in a great location and we enjoyed both the sound and the oceanfront. The fire ants were pests but we managed to still have a good time.

Pricey but enjoyable

It is close to the beach and sound. No views. Could be cleaner. We didn’t have time for kayaking but they’re are available.

Nice Location and that is about it

Very dirty. Wife spent hours cleaning and sanitizing. My wife cleans houses for a living. Provided free deep clean that would ordinarily charge $800 or more. Balls of prior pet hair under furniture and crevices, , pet urine stains in various places on baseboards, a roach, a termite, very dim and poor lighting, and very hard bed that made for some serious daily back aches. The cleanest part was the owner’s garage where the washer and dryer sit. Place is nice and clean for the next guests. We should be reimbursed for the free deep clean.
