  • 3BR/2BA Bright Beach Home w/NEW MATTRESSES sleeps 6 & can fit 4 vehicles! Peek-a-boo ocean view from LARGE 2nd level back deck with beautiful open front marsh view from second level porch!
    Short walk to BEACH ACCESS and close to your favorite Surf City day or nightlife activities, rentals and restaurants.
    Fully furnished with all you need in the kitchen, linens, and towels. Lower storage includes two bikes, several boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys, folding wagon, and more!

    Recently upgraded guest bathroom, new screens, new front door, stringed lights added to back deck, additional TV added (in master bedroom), and more.

    PET RULES: 1. Two pets (only dogs or cats) are permitted so long as each is 50 lbs or
    less.
    2. These dogs or cats must be housebroken, flea-free, and 1 year or older.
    3. Please pick up after your pet when it/they go to the bathroom outside.
    4. No pets on the couch or beds.
    5. Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property.
    6. If any furniture, or the property in general, is damaged, guests will be
    charged accordingly with an invoice from a repairman.
    7. We want you and your pets to have the best stay! :)
    Lastly, the outdoor shower is winterized (unusable) from November to March.

Host was great and very quick to respond. Location of this house is amazing. If you want to be close to the beach, this is perfect. It’s six a quick walk to the beach access. The home is cozy and had everything we needed for the stay. Overall a great stay!

The location is PERFECT. Such a short walk to the beach access. Only a couple minutes to the surf city bridge. Close to all the good restaurants but not too close. Hosts always responded quickly to any questions I had. Always polite and helpful! The house isn’t huge, but it was only 3 of us so it was the perfect size for what we needed.

We immensely enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the beach and near many local restaurants. Daily walks on the beach are beautiful. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog and teens. Would definitely stay again!

Family Beach Vacation

House was in a great area and close to many restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and was so awesome that sheets and towels were included. The beach access was close to property too which made it an easy walk even with chairs and beach bag. We will definitely rent this house again 😁😎

We had a great time! The location was perfect and close to the beach as well as a short drive to shopping and food. The large front porch was perfect for the rain as well as under the house where my kids could still play without getting wet. Would recommend and hope to return in the future!

The rental had all the extras you don’t want to have to pack or buy for a short stay. Both decks were lovely to relax on in the afternoon/evening. Great location with a short, easy walk to the beach. Would definitely book again.

This was a fabulous rental! It’s a pet-friendly place and yet the place was spotlessly clean. We loved the outdoor shower with the hot water! The managers checked in and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely book again!

Wonderful beach house

We had a great stay! The house was clean and had all that we needed. The walk to the beach was even shorter than I anticipated. The rear deck was perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and the kids loved playing in the shade under the house.

Great location and communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and tidy with plenty of amenities. Beach access was just a block away, and the outdoor shower was definitely helpful to rinse off sand from our feet and chairs. The front and rear porches were also great and gave us options to get out of the sun but still enjoy the outdoors.

Wonderful beach house with close beach access!!

This beach house was a great house for our family vacation with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. But best of all, it was less than a 5 min walk to the beach. It was so nice to just go up to the beach for a couple hours and then come home for lunch or to just chill and then head back for some later beach time. Surf City was a cute town with great shops, local fish markets, and plenty to do and eat. We will definitely be back!!

Five stars for cleanliness and being stocked - No stars for busy road

The house was nice, clean and well stocked with linens, towels, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. Grill was rusted and bikes were in bad shape - not safe to ride. Even though the house was a short walk to the beach it was on a very busy - loud road. Host was quick to respond.

The hosts are great. They were responsive and so welcoming. My dog was so happy and it was just 2 blocks... short blocks from the beach. Ive done a lot of rentals and this was awesome. First of all they provide linen which meant i did not have to pack all that in my car for the 5 hour drive from virginia. Everything was lovely. Great lovation, walking distance from all the shops in surf city But i cant say enough about the hosts. They made sure i enjoyed every minute od my trip

Clean, but needs work

House was clean, well kept, and has a convenient location. However, the flooring was uneven, showed spaces between seams and subfloor was damaged in the hall bathroom. New Decking outside was uneven and sagging. Renter stated bicycles were available for use, but both bikes had flat front tires, and one was missing a securing wheel nut, and was unrideable.
