Great location

The town house is in a great location at Surf City, steps to the ocean and the marsh. The pool was a bonus for my 5 year old. The place had everything needed for a comfortable stay including a fully stocked kitchen and a start up kit. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay!

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this townhouse. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach with easy beach access. You do need a key fob to get into the pool area and beach access which wasn’t initially given to us but was resolved very quickly. Also had extra amenities which made our stay more comfortable. Great area and close to tons of restaurants and shops. Overall a very good experience.

229 Turtle Cove

Nice property within walking distance to the beach. Spacious rooms with tasteful updates. Kitchen was well enough equipped. Beds were really comfortable as was the furniture. Would stay again.

Great Rental just a hop skip and a jump from the beach!

Loved staying in Surf City, friendly place with a great beach. The rental unit has everything you need, only a block & 1/2 from the ocean. Nice walk to pier. Cool seashell collection to look at. Waves were calm when we were there but fun to boogie board. Overall loved it! ✌️ 😎🤙

Condo was disgustingly filthy!

Couches stained with food or??? Found trash under furniture. Kitchen - counters filthy, oven dirty. Door locks didn’t work preventing entry when we arrived. Didn’t work again one day prior to checkout. Hose in out door shower was broken and leaking. No light in outside shower making it very dark. Washing machine leaked when used and after 2 days of back & forth with property manager, a new washer was installed. Linen package we paid for was missing several sheets requiring several more calls to the office. First 2 days were wasted trying to resolve all of these issues. One small bright spot was the cleaning staff. They were accommodating, friendly and cleaned the place. We used bed sheets to cover the LR couches for the remainder of our stay. A FOB was required to enter both the pool area and the dedicated beach access. They gave us only ONE! This was a major inconvenience; as we were unable to come and go without separately to the beach or the pool. Overall we were extremely disappointed with this rental!

We had a great time a topsail. Very family oriented. Although with small kids, I would have rather stayed beach front rather than toting our things through the condo village and across the road.

Great location. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go. Beach access right across the street. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only thing.....there was no blow dryer. I always assume there will be one. Luckily it was breezy & the beach look is a great look

A Room with a View

The townhouse was comfortable, attractive, and had a beautiful view of the marsh. We had difficulty with the lock on the Saturday before we were supposed to check out--either the key code was changed by accident, or the lock malfunctioned. The realty office was able to correct the problem quickly, but the lock malfunctioned later that day, after the office was closed, and so we made sure that one of us was inside to be able to open the door all that evening.

Great for the grandkids

We were quite pleased with the property and location with a nice sized outdoor pool, proximity to good beaches for children to play, and the boardwalk over the marsh. I did feel that communication upon check-in could have been better with more of a personal touch and in person. Also, the carpets on the stairs, in particular, and the baseboards were fairly dirty. Despite these concerns, our family would opt to stay here again.

It was super clean and comfortable. The owners thought of everything! Super family friendly and close to the beach and restaurants. It as the nicest place we had ever stayed in on our trips to Surf City. Very reasonable price as well. We look forward to staying there again!

WE COULDN'T HAVE HAD A BETTER VIEW !!! Easy to get to the beach too! Loved the property hated the steps but next time my husband and I will ask you for a property more suitable for our needs , more like for handicap or one level.
