Great location

It was a great location we were able to walk instead of drive. Traffic is horrible going and coming from the island so walking from place to place was alot easier. The sunset view was gorgeous from the wrap around deck. It is a little dated but very clean.

Great property

Great soundfront location within walking distance of the beach (~2-3 min), pier and several shops right on the sound side of the island with beautiful sunsets in view from back deck. The deck has some wear and had a couple loose boards but they were very quick to come out within a couple hours of calling to help secure the boards they could without pulling up and replacing them. Very likely to return next year!

Great Place to stay

This property is absolutely charming, with stunning sunsets visible from the back deck. (Don't forget the bug spray!) The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance.The spacious yard is perfect for your pup to run and play There are even shovels available for clean-up. You'll also find several beach items on hand to make your time at the ocean even more enjoyable.Inside, the washer, dryer, and dishwasher all work perfectly, making day-to-day living convenient. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The large living room offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out comfortably. There are also jigsaw puzzles and board games on hand.

Great location

Overall a great place to stay! The location is perfect and the deck had a great view. I would rent this place again-however the mattresses are so firm my husband and I didn’t sleep well and had back pain- That’s the one thing that would keep us from renting this place again (we would bring a foam topper or something similar). For us that’s why we gave it a 4 otherwise no complaints
