「When I arrived to check in with my child it was 7:30 pm. The guy at the from was upset almost as if he wanted to say they didn’t have any rooms available be I prepaid online. I was like let me see if I’m able to accommodate you. we were going to pool and he advised if we didn’t go then it would be close. We proceed to go ahead and leave for her birthday festivities. We did not finish bowling until 12:30 am can back to go to sleep. We left the next day and now I have a charge on my credit card....
