“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”

“Really nice place for a few days stay in York. Not too far from the centre which was ideal, and had plenty of space, with all the essentials we needed. Host was very helpful and friendly which is always a great plus. Would recommend to anyone planning a York trip.”

“A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. We slept in the main room which is at the front of the flat and the kids room is……

“Lovely property and the hosts, Pass the Keys, cannot be faulted. Their communication was exemplary.Apart from the 40 damage waiver being a bit pricey, the rooms were lovely and we appreciated the heating being on when we arrived. Heating was easy to adjust, which we needed to do when we were both awoken by the pipes when the heating came on at 5am! Kitchen had everything we needed and ice in the freezer was so useful.Only bad thing was we couldn't log onto netflix as a previous renter had left……

“We wanted a comfortable place for two seniors within easy walking distance of the railway station, shops, restaurants and all the sights of York, and this rental was perfect in every way. The location could not have been better and we appreciated that the flat was on the ground floor with no stairs. The fact that the bathroom was an ensuite was very handy for us although we recognize it could be awkward for parties of 4. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the self checkin was……
