Cleanliness

Great location, very short walk to beach. Straight shot across Gulf drive which wasn't busy at all. Beach wagon and chairs were in great condition. House is huge and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Turf in the backyard really cut down on the mosquitos. Had an amazing time and will be booking this house for our annual beach trip from now on.

Perfect beach cottage

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a week at the beach was provided. Top-notch management firm as well. Had a minor issue with the door lock (just needed batteries) and they responded almost immediately. Highly recommend!!

Location was perfect

Very happy with our stay. We needed a few extra towels and they brought them right away. The neighborhood was very close to a great beach. Not a lot to walk to close by, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The best was the items for the beach and pool. Plenty of chairs, a beach cart and pool toys. Just what we needed. Would stay again.

Backyard Oasis

We loved our stay at Coconut Cottage. Each couple having their own king size bed and bathroom was a game changer for my family. The pool and hot tub was exceptional since the weather was a little too cold to get in the gulf.The guys loved the putting green too. We also loved the location and how close we were to the beach. We hope to come back soon!!! Thank you again!!!

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cottage. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Pool was nice but kept too warm. A couple of suggestions would be to put a ceiling fan outside under the covered patio area and to put mirrors in the bedrooms. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms. These could easily be hung or attached to the back of each bedroom door. There were plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the tile in each shower.

Couldn't be better!

Cannot say enough good things about this cottage. First of all, it was absolutely immaculate. Well supplied with kitchen items, towels, beach towels, etc. the yard and the pool are just gorgeous. we struggled to find a place with three bedrooms for adults (i.e., not one with bunkbeds) and this was just ideal. We had one little glitch with the washing machine and it was resolved within hours. Also, impressed with how little we had to do for check out. Just a great place to stay, super convenient location, the beach was literally steps away. We will definitely be back!

Perfection!

We absolutely loved this house. You could not ask for a better layout, craftsmanship or amenities. To help with what should be added for future guests - extra pillows for the bedrooms, a good set of knives for the kitchen and new bags for the corn hole game (something that does not swell if it gets wet). Someone before us had left them out and they were unusable. Other that that it was perfect. We are already making plans to come and stay here again. We actually stayed during "Idalia" and the owner had someone to check in to make sure we were ok after the storm. We made sure to let her how great this place was. I sure do hope others take care of ithis place and it stays that way for our future visits!

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here with our two young children (ages 4 & 5) and couldn’t have been happier! The check-in and check-out were both seamless; the door has an electronic entry. The house was newly renovated and all appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, icemaker, water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, and air conditioner) were all new and worked perfectly. The house was situated about 4 houses down from the beach (3-minute walk). The pool/backyard were the highlights of this house—our children loved the putting green and pool. We didn’t use the grill but noticed that it was newer and very clean and there were 2 propane tanks supplied. The home came with everything (all in very good condition) we needed for our stay! Beach and pool supplies: Wagon, beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, and a cooler on wheels. They also supplied innertubes for the pool. We left a couple of beach toys that we didn’t want to take back with us so that future renters could use them! General house supplies: The house was supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels. The house also supplied a “starter pack” of 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, one small bottle of kitchen soap (sample-sized) and a small pack of kitchen wipes. We bought a bottle of Tide, bathroom soap pumps, condiments/spices, and coffee filters that we left for others. The kitchen is well-stocked with every type of pot/pan. I highly recommend the Coconut Cottage to anyone looking for a clean and fantastic stay!

The property was everything that we hoped it would be, perhaps a bit more. Well stocked, all king beds with ensuite bathrooms, which was very desirable for our party. The location allowed us to walk and bike to virtually every place we wanted to go to. It's proximity and access to the beach was perfect. The next time we come to the island, we will certainly look to see if this place is available.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is precious with plenty of space and the backyard was so much fun. The guys stayed on the putting green all the time while we floated in the pool. The beach was close. We were a golf cart ride away from all of the shops and restaurants. I would totally rent here again. If I had to give any constructive criticism, it would be that the backyard furniture is cute and I’m sure it’s weather resistant, but it’s hard as a rock. After piling up several layers of beach towels it was ok and it’d be nice to add a few hooks in the bathrooms. One good thing to know is there was absolutely no reason for us to bring our own beach towels or beach chairs because what was provided was perfectly nice.
