Great location and nice stay for the price

We enjoyed the property, the pool was very dirty and the toliet didn't work upon arrival. It all ended up working out, maintenace was out first thing sunday. but we were asked several times to leave the property for showings which was very disruptive of our stay while I traveled with 4 teens who do not like to wake up early on vacation.

Exceptional Property

This rental by far was one of our favorites. The amenities and the cleanliness of the home was so appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor sitting area.

Eat. Play. Fun.

My husband and 8 yr old stayed at this wonderful property. We had everything we needed from its location as well as all the home was equipped with. It was spacious, clean, and everything was in good working condition.

All the beach and baby supplies we needed were there too. A little far from the beach but we rented a golf cart and no issues finding parking at beach access sites. Highly recommend Island Delight!

The house was fully equipped and clean, the pool and spa were fantastic and property management were quick to respond to our needs. Dog park was a short walk. First time Segway tour was fun for all. Donut experiment was a hit with us all. The whole island experience was beautiful and peaceful

Busy Street

The pool is located in the front of the house which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't located on such a busy street. You can hear all the cars and their music as they drive by. If you're a beach person then the beach is about a 20 minute walk. In addition, the pictures show a firepit, however there is no firepit in the backyard. It does have a lovely kitchen, very spacious and great for cooking.

Very well stocked with lots of amenities not always found in vacation rentals such as beach towels and many types of pots and pans in the kitchen! The pool was perfect too- we enjoyed the night time lights. Make sure to take bug spray. Perfect location for us- easy to walk to various restaurants and bars and quick drive to the northern end of island / Pine Ave. Free Island trolley picks up very close to the home. An excellent place to stay to enjoy AMI!

It was great !

We loved the place it felt like home ! We had a small issue with the hot tub and it was fixed and addressed very quickly. The only other thing I would have to state is the cleaning crew needs to do a better job, the persons there before ya clearly has a cat, and there was cat hair everywhere. On the bed, kitchen chairs, counters, in all the corners on the floor. That’s the only complaint. Other than that we LOVED IT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was excellent, originally I thought the property was just for my husband and myself. It turned out my sister, her husband and his sister joined us do to an accident. We had some concerns with just one bathroom, but with the additional outdoor shower was a huge help. The property was in perfect shape, had every thing needed, fully stocked with kitchen items and things for the beach. A good time was had by all.
