「I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. 「This place is great! I won’t ding this hotel anything because it’s my preference; I like firmer beds but the beds here were a little too soft for me. Overall would recommend! Everything in the city is walkable and the atmosphere is great.」
